Affiliate Program Terms

1. Introduction
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the LegionAI Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by Beotela OOD, a company registered in Bulgaria BG130389067, with its registered address at Ul. Gurgulyat 33 ("we," "us," "LegionAI").
By enrolling in the Program, you ("Affiliate," "you") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have a valid LegionAI account in good standing
- Provide accurate and complete payment information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including advertising disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines, EU consumer protection rules)
LegionAI reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3. Enrollment
Enrollment is available through the Affiliate Program page within the LegionAI dashboard. Upon enrollment, you will receive a unique referral link in the format https://legionai.pro/ref/[YOUR_CODE]. This link contains a tracking identifier used to attribute referrals to your account.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 Commission Rate
You earn 30% of the recurring monthly subscription payment made by each customer you refer, for the lifetime of that customer's paid subscription. There is no cap on total commissions earned.
4.2 Per-Plan Earnings
Based on current plan pricing:

Commission amounts are calculated as 30% of the actual payment received by LegionAI (net of any payment processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, or credits). If plan pricing changes, commissions are recalculated based on the new price.
4.3 Free Plan
Referrals who remain on the Free plan do not generate commissions. Commissions begin when a referred user upgrades to a paid plan.
5. Tracking and Attribution
5.1 Cookie Window
When a visitor clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is placed on their device with a 90-day attribution window. If the visitor creates a LegionAI account and subscribes to a paid plan within 90 days of clicking your link, the referral is attributed to you.
5.2 Attribution Rules
- First-click attribution: the affiliate whose referral link was clicked first within the 90-day window receives credit.
- If the visitor clears cookies or uses a different device, attribution may be lost. LegionAI is not responsible for lost attributions due to browser settings, ad blockers, or device changes.
- Self-referrals (referring your own accounts) are prohibited and will result in commission reversal and potential removal from the Program.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Minimum Payout
Commissions are paid out when your accumulated balance reaches a minimum of €50.00 EUR.
6.2 Payment Schedule
Payments are processed on the 1st of each calendar month for commissions earned in the prior month, subject to the minimum payout threshold. If your balance is below the minimum, it carries forward to the next month.
6.3 Payment Method
Payments are made via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal, as agreed with you during enrolment. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
6.4 Currency
Commissions are calculated and paid in EUR (€). Currency conversion, if applicable, is at the prevailing rate at the time of payment.
6.5 Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on affiliate commissions in your jurisdiction. LegionAI does not withhold taxes unless required by applicable law. We may request tax documentation (e.g., W-9, W-8BEN, VAT registration) and may withhold payments until such documentation is provided.
7. Holdback Period
All commissions are subject to a 30-day holdback period from the date of the referred customer's payment. This allows time for refunds, chargebacks, and fraud detection. If a referred customer cancels or requests a refund within the holdback period, the associated commission is reversed.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use spam (unsolicited email, messages, or bulk posting) to promote your referral link
- Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about LegionAI's features, pricing, or performance
- Bid on LegionAI brand terms (e.g., "LegionAI," "legionai.pro") in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any technique that sets tracking cookies without genuine user intent
- Create fake accounts, self-refer, or use referral links for your own purchases
- Impersonate LegionAI or create websites/social accounts that could be confused with official LegionAI properties
- Promote LegionAI on websites or platforms containing illegal, hateful, violent, adult, or deceptive content
- Offer cash-back, rebates, or incentive payments to users who sign up through your referral link, unless explicitly approved in writing by LegionAI
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms of service in your promotional activities
Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate termination from the Program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and reversal of previously paid commissions where fraud is determined.
9. Intellectual Property and Brand Usage
9.1 Limited License
LegionAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the LegionAI name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting your referral link in accordance with these Affiliate Terms.
9.2 Restrictions
You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works of LegionAI's logos, trademarks, or brand assets. You may not use LegionAI's branding in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or employment beyond the affiliate relationship. LegionAI may provide approved brand assets and usage guidelines; you agree to follow them.
10. Advertising Disclosure
You are required to comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws and regulations. In the EU, US, and most other jurisdictions, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting LegionAI. For example, social media posts should include disclosures such as "#ad," "#affiliate," or "#sponsored" in a prominent position.
11. Term and Termination
11.1 Term
These Affiliate Terms are effective from the date you enroll in the Program and continue until terminated by either party.
11.2 Termination by You
You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us at contact@legionai.pro. Any unpaid commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid in the next scheduled payment cycle.
11.3 Termination by LegionAI
LegionAI may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the email address associated with your account. Upon termination:
- Your referral link will be deactivated
- Commissions on future payments from previously referred customers will cease
- Any unpaid commissions earned before termination and above the minimum payout threshold will be paid within 30 days, unless termination is due to fraud or violation of these terms, in which case all unpaid commissions are forfeited
11.4 Program Discontinuation
LegionAI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time. If the Program is discontinued, we will honour earned commissions in accordance with Section 11.3.
12. Fraud and Clawbacks
LegionAI monitors referral activity for fraud. If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that commissions were earned through fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited means, we reserve the right to:
- Reverse or withhold the affected commissions
- Deduct reversed amounts from future payouts
- Terminate your participation in the Program
- Pursue any available legal remedies
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LegionAI's total liability arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. LegionAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.
14. Modifications
LegionAI may modify these Affiliate Terms at any time by posting updated terms and notifying active affiliates via email. Changes take effect 30 days after notification. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, your remedy is to terminate your participation per Section 11.2.
15. Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and LegionAI. You are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Affiliate Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
