These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LegionAI, including the website LegionAI.pro and any related services, applications, features, APIs, and content (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Beotela OOD, a company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria ("LegionAI", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

If you access or use the Service on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that any users you invite to your organisation account comply with these Terms.

2. Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Use a strong password and protect your login details.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Team Accounts

Where available, LegionAI may permit the creation of organisation or team accounts.

The account administrator is responsible for:

  • Managing authorised users.
  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms.
  • Managing billing and subscription obligations.
  • Acting as the primary contact regarding account-related matters.

3. The Service

LegionAI is an AI-powered platform designed to assist users with content creation, campaign management, marketing automation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, and related business productivity functions.

We continuously improve the Service and reserve the right to:

  • Add, modify, suspend, or remove features.
  • Introduce new functionality.
  • Change technical requirements.
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades.

While we aim to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, abusive, hateful, or harmful content.
  • Distribute spam or engage in unauthorised marketing activities.
  • Circumvent platform restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, networks, or accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Service.
  • Use the Service to create competing products or services.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of this section.

5. User Content and AI Output

User Content

You retain ownership of all content, information, prompts, data, files, images, and materials you upload, submit, or create through the Service ("User Content").

You grant LegionAI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, store, transmit, and display User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, AI-generated outputs produced through the Service are owned by you.

However, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • AI-generated content may not be unique.
  • Similar outputs may be generated for other users.
  • AI-generated content should be independently reviewed before publication or reliance.

You remain solely responsible for all decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Third-Party Services and Social Platforms

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including social media platforms, payment providers, analytics providers, and artificial intelligence providers.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorise LegionAI to interact with that service on your behalf as necessary to provide requested functionality.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, and restrictions.

LegionAI is not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party APIs.
  • Platform outages.
  • Account suspensions.
  • Content moderation decisions.
  • Service interruptions caused by third parties.

7. Subscription Plans, Billing and Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment.

Payments are processed through Stripe or other authorised payment providers.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to your selected subscription plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify pricing upon reasonable notice.

8. Currency and Taxes

All fees are payable in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.

Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of VAT, sales taxes, or similar indirect taxes depending on your jurisdiction and applicable legal requirements.

Where required by law, applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information, including VAT registration numbers where applicable.

Where a transaction qualifies for reverse-charge treatment or another tax exemption under applicable law, LegionAI may apply such treatment based on the information provided by the customer.

LegionAI reserves the right to modify tax calculations, invoicing procedures, supported currencies, and pricing structures as necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Any bank charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, withholding taxes, or similar charges imposed by third parties shall be borne by the customer.

9. Affiliate Programme

Participation in any LegionAI affiliate programme is subject to separate Affiliate Terms and Conditions.

LegionAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate affiliate programmes at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, trademarks, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, documentation, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of Beotela OOD and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

LegionAI processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).

By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Where required by law, LegionAI will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegionAI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

LegionAI does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability.
  • Error-free operation.
  • Specific business outcomes.
  • Revenue generation.
  • Social media reach or engagement.
  • Accuracy of AI-generated output.

Earnings disclaimer. Any income, revenue, growth, engagement, or results figures referenced on the Service, in our marketing materials, or in any examples or case studies are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee, promise, or representation of any particular outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own efforts, market conditions, audience, and content. You should not rely on any such figures as a prediction of the results you will achieve. LegionAI makes no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount, generate any revenue, or achieve any particular level of social media reach or engagement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegionAI and Beotela OOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of:

  • Revenue.
  • Profits.
  • Business opportunities.
  • Goodwill.
  • Data.
  • Reputation.

LegionAI's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to LegionAI during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beotela OOD, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and terminate your account at any time.

LegionAI may suspend or terminate access immediately where:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Required by law.
  • Necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

Sections intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

16. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the Service and accompanied by an updated "Last Updated" date.

Where legally required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
