This Cookie Policy explains how LegionAI (operated by Beotela OOD) uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as staying logged in). "Similar technologies" include local storage and pixels. Some are essential to make the site work; others are optional.

2. The cookies we use

The categories below reflect LegionAI's known setup.

  1. sb-<project>-auth-token — Category: Strictly necessary (auth) — Required: Yes — Lifetime: ~7 days, auto-rotated
  2. legion_active_profile — Category: Functional / preference — Required: No (UX degrades) — Lifetime: 1 year
  3. oauth_pending — Category: Strictly necessary (CSRF/PKCE) — Required: Yes, during OAuth only — Lifetime: 10 min, then deleted

Strictly necessary (always on — no consent required)

These are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off.

  • Authentication / session — keeps you securely logged in (e.g., Supabase auth session cookies).
  • Active business profile — remembers which business profile you're working in (legion_active_profile).
  • Security — supports login integrity and abuse prevention.

Analytics / performance

No GA, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Segment, Intercom, or any third-party scripts. Geist font served from its own domain (build-time download, no runtime Google cookie). The in-app "Analytics" page is internal Supabase queries, no external service.

Affiliate / referral (optional — consent required)

  • Referral tracking — if you arrive via an affiliate link, a cookie credits the referring affiliate for up to 90 days.

Third-party cookies

Some features rely on third parties (e.g., Stripe for secure payments) that may set their own cookies, governed by their privacy and cookie policies.

3. Your choices and consent

When you first visit, our consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies; strictly necessary cookies are always active. You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie settings" link or banner. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may break parts of the Service.
